  No ground transportation provided by the hotel or NACFM from the airport

      Rental car services and taxis available at airport

   NACFM will provide morning and afternoon shuttle service from hotel to church

2017 NACFM Conference Registered Attendee FAQ’s


  • A welcome bag will be presented to you at time of check in and will include detailed conference information
  • Sunday Welcome Reception – Members and family
  • Monday thru Thursday Conference Sessions – Members only
  • Thursday Banquet – Members and family over age 6 (free childcare provided)
  • Welcome Reception Dress – Appropriate casual
  • Daily Session Dress – Appropriate casual (shorts acceptable)
  • Banquet Dress – Appropriate dress casual
  • Spouse Luncheon Dress – Appropriate casual
  • Optional Evening Event Dress – Appropriate casual (shorts acceptable)
  • Two optional family evening events will be organized (cost not included in conference fees)
  • Transportation for optional evening events is by carpool
  • Daily optional family activities will be organized (cost not included in conference fees)
  • Conference notebooks will be presented to members at Monday morning’s session
  • Computers at conference sessions are acceptable but electrical power may be limited
