Hotel rooms are NOT included in your conference registration fee. We have partnered with the Embassy Suites to offer a special discount to conference attendees.

Time spent with peers at the hotel is invaluable. Also, making your reservations at this hotel helps us keep conference costs down.

Room Rate: $159.00 per night for a standard suite with 1 king bed & pullout sofa or 2 queen beds & pullout sofa plus $5/night parking.

Cutoff Date: May 16, 2026 or until the room block is exhausted, whichever comes first.

If you need transportation, the MARTA line is available for $2.50/one way or $5 round trip. You can access it directly from the airport and get off at Perimeter Center West at Sandy Springs Station. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the hotel from there. Find more details here.

We will have shuttles available from the hotel to the church each day. Please let us know of your transportation needs when you register.
